2. Work Location: 7^th Floor, Vista Tower, 628C Vo Van Kiet, An Phu, Distric 2, Ho Chi Minh city.
3. Working time: Full-time based
4. Job Description:

Mekong Flour Mills  Ltd is one of the leading flour-milling factory in Vietnam. We are proud to own one of the most complete and modern flour milling complex in Vietnam, including a fully automated milling line, a well-equipped quality assurance facility and material handling system, silos storage, packaging and finish product warehousing. The company’s wide range of wheat flour products with various applications is supplied to food industry such as bakeries, confectionery plants, other flour-based products and instant noodle manufacturers in Vietnam.  The Company’s household products namely Hoa Ngoc Lan, wheat germ, whole-meal have become popular among Vietnamese households. As a Sales Export Executive, your duties and responsibilities will be:

• • Collaborate with internal and external parties to implement the Export Sales Orders
  • Do searching on potential customers. Develop relationship with prospective customers while maintaining the existing relationship.
  • Provide consultation and support towards customer.
  • Prepare Quotation, Contract. Receive requisition and feedback from customers.
  • Prepare all the necessary Export documents.
  • Follow up the payment progress of customers.
  • Provide supporting service to customers before and after sales.
  • Make market update and sales report.

5. Requirement on qualifications and working experiences:
   

• Bachelor in Foreign Economics, Business Administration or Foreign Languages
• 3 years working experiences as International Sales or Import- Export field
• Advanced English skills, both written and communication.
• Good Internet searching skills
• Understanding about flour and flour product is preferred.
• Proactive, Can-do attitude and team spirit.
• Willing to learn.
• Good communication skill and presentation skills.
• Creative, proactive, committed and customer service minded.
• Work under pressure and multi-tasks.
