  • 100g wheat flour (SPIII, Soft1, SP9)
  • 200g whole eggs (cold egg 4-60C).
  • 120g sugar.
  • 6g emusifier.
  • 2g baking powder
  • 33g cooking oil.


  • Oven.
  • Egg mixing machine.
  • Shaping mold.
  • Flour sieve.
  •  Small balance.
  • Weigh the flour and baking powder separately, the cooking oil separately.
  • Use your hands to mix the cake emusifier into the sugar, then add the eggs and flour and use your hands to mix until evenly mixed before adding to the mixer.
  • Mix for 30 seconds at slow speed.
  • Switch to high speed and mix for about 2’30” until the batter is smooth.
  • Switch to slow speed and slowly pour in cooking oil and mix well.
  •  Pour the batter into the mold.
  •  Bake at 230C degrees for 23 minutes (baking time can be increased or decreased depending on the amount of batter added to the mold).
