Ingredient
- 500g wheat flour (3 Blue Roses, Hoa Ngọc Lan).
- 250g water.
- 10g baking powder.
- 80g sugar.
- 5g yellow instant yeast.
- 30g shortening.

- Dough rolling machine.

- Step 1: Mixing.
1. Weigh the flour, instant yeast, and baking powder together and add to the mixing bowl.
2. Dissolve sugar and water.
3. Mix all ingredients together except shortening on slow speed number 1.
4. Add shortening and mix on low speed number 1 for 5 minutes.
5. Take the dough out and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Roll out the dough and shape.
1. Roll through the rolling machine about 32 times until the dough is soft and smooth.
2. Cut into 45 grams and make round shape.
3.Ferment for about 40-45 minutes.
- Step 3: Steam.
Steam for the first 3 minutes over high heat, then 7 minutes over medium heat until the bun is done.
